Loneliness to Connection: A Mental Health Workshop

Join us on June 24, 10:30 AM for a special edition workshop with The Thought Co. where we explore the feeling of loneliness and how to build meaningful connections through conversations, books, stories and a card game! You can register here

Open to Bangalore only.

About The Workshop:

Zoom calls, Sourdough starter packs and Dalgona coffee aside, what else did the pandemic teach us?

That everyone craves to form meaningful connections. But before we dive deep into the how’s, here’s an important question: How does one form significant connections in this era of rapid digitalisation? A WFH landscape where we connect with friends, cabs and grocery orders the same way - through the click of a CTA button?

Battling loneliness can be hard, it takes a whole lot of courage and patience to foster meaningful connections. But here’s the thing, just because it’s hard doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Loneliness is part of being human, it reminds us that we are not complete in ourselves.

In our special edition workshop, The Thought Co. explores the feeling of loneliness, what’s the difference between feeling lonely and feeling alone, what barriers we have created for connections, and most importantly, how we can form meaningful connections with those around us. We’re here to help you navigate (and overcome) loneliness one step (and one connection) at a time.
