Cancellation & Return Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
Products, once bought, cannot be returned. If a product is damaged, do contact us with details and photographs of the damaged book/s so our team can review and respond to you accordingly.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are not able to accommodate any changes in delivery. You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions with shipping.
We do our best to pack books carefully to avoid damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during shipping by the courier or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is returned to us as a result of a wrong address, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer, shipping charges will need to be paid again for the order to be resent.
We do not accommodate exchanges of products.
For damaged books, or orders placed on out-of-stock products, we will refund the amount to you (in full or in part, on the basis of the situation) in the form of a gift voucher, that will be redeemable on our website and in-store.
