Jyotsna is a Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance (US) and founder of Gofindyourself Yoga. She is passionate about health, wellness and maintaining balance in everything that she does. Having spent several years in corporate, she found that Yoga helped her deal with the stress & chaos of work and life that had begun overwhelming her. Yoga for her, has been a well-rounded practice for physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
