200 g digestive biscuits or hobnobs
1.5 tbsp picked thyme leaves
60 g unsalted butter
400 g full fat cream cheese
340 g hung curd (hang about 500 g of yogurt for 4 hours)
40 g icing sugar
150 g white chocolate
60 g honey
9 inch or 23 cm loose bottom cake ring
Free standing mixer (with paddle attachment) or a hand held mixer
Double boiler or a microwave
