The Hero's Journey

Conceived as a training and creative development exercise, this zine introduces storyboarding as a narrative tool for Pardhaan Gond artists. The visual narrative combines the classic epic of Ramayana with Joseph Cambells "Hero's Journey". Built through the process of visual translation and collaborative making, the works explore how sequence, character, and motif can be adapted into zine form while remaining rooted in Gond visual language and oral imagination.
