Jenny Kath Thong is a self-taught baker, who found sweet success in the art by exploring different cake ingredients and turning ideas into beautiful creations. She is an alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and currently works as a Rural Development Officer in the Department of Rural Development, Nagaland. She is married to Dr. Moses Thong and is a mother to three beautiful children. Her love for baking, which she has been indulging in for over a decade, has also resulted in "Sweet Station", a favourite destination for cake lovers.
