Spin-Offs: A set of four zines

Spin-Offs is a set of four interactive zines that explore how storytelling is shaped by different mediums, changing across identities, places, and through multiple retellings.

'The Travelling Whispers' by Vani Chutani traces the echoes of stories through generations, each retelling reshaping meaning through various narrators and changing contexts.
In 'Alt-Verse', Ashlin Sara Paul questions popular character tropes and plotlines, inspiring you to create an alternate comic universe of your own.
'The Place Between Stories' by Deepesh Sangtani explores how maps can tell multiple stories, inviting readers to reflect on places, identity, and belonging.
With a step-by-step guide on creating your own zine, 'The Phoney Jackal' by Keena deconstructs retellings and reflects on how stories evolve like genes.
