Picture Gandhi

Picture Gandhi attempts to shake off the aura and reach the person beneath. It is a story told simply, honestly and affectionately – much like the man himself. Old black-and-white photographs are used playfully to give immediacy and to bring Mahatma Gandhi closer to young readers. Along with little thought bubbles that float through the pages, they give us an intimate glimpse of a man of our times, a man for all times.
