Joining in his escapades are his adventurous cousin Benjamin Bunny, the Three Tumbling Kittens, Mittens, Tom Kitten and Moppet and the wacky Jemima Puddle-Duck these characters, along with many others, were inspired by Beatrix Potter's love of the English Lake district. Potter combined her vivid imagination with her knowledge of the natural sciences to bring the creatures she saw around her to life. The adventurous tales of this young mischievous rabbit and his companions have been told time and again over generations with over 600 hand-painted illustrations, this exciting new collection compiles Potter's best-loved classics with her later and lesser-known tales, including four additional works published after her death in 1943.
