Mysteries

A stranger in a loud yellow suit arrives in a small town  on the coast of Norway. This is Johan Nagel, who decides on a whim to spend the summer there, setting down his violin  case in his hotel room. From that point on, Angel begins to behave with accelerating strangeness, shocking and beguiling the people he meets with his defiant attitude and erratic self-revelations.

Nagel's presence begins to draw out the townsfolk's hidden impulses, concealed thoughts and the darker instincts. Cursed with the ability to understand the human soul, especially his own, Nagel can foresee, but cannot prevent, his own  destruction.
