Sanskriti Bist is a  Food photographer, stylist and recipe developer based out from Bangalore. Her documentary works capture narratives where food seves as a foundation to explore the inticate relationships between people, spaces, memories, and conflict. She is particularly drawn to documenting the stories can range from the political trumoil of their respective region and how cooking and eating practices have evolved over time, to the examination of gender roles within kitchen space itself.
