Here is the first representative, extensive and inclusive anthology of the partition poetry that takes contributions from Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Hindi , English, and Bengali and Kashmiri languages. Hopefully the book will fill a much needed and long awaited gap in literary scholarship of South Asian Studies in general and in South Asian/Partition literature in particular and thereby it might pave the way for further such endeavours.
